Rough texture, very uncomfortable to use, printing quality is poor and does not look as advertised on the website. Would not recommend at all.

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the quality of this deskmat. The rough texture is intended to provide better mouse control than on a smoother mat. Many folks actually consider this to be more premium because of the texture. Additionally, we'd like to note that the images of the deskmats are all real photos.
