Returns

With the exception of promotional or sale products, we can accept return requests of any sealed and unused products within 30 days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and once we receive the return, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method, minus the original cost of shipping and a 3% restocking fee.

However, you can waive the fee and receive a full refund, in exchange for CannonKeys store credit equal to the fee amount! Please note that store credit is non-transferable. Simply ask our team in your return request ticket. If you wish to return a product, please reach out to us via the “Contact Us” widget.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by reaching out to us via the self-service portal or the “Contact Us” widget on our website.
  • Cancellations of in-stock, open group buy, and pre-orders will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. But, you can waive the fee and receive a full refund, in exchange for CannonKeys store credit equal to the fee amount! Please note that store credit does not expire and is non-transferable.
  • Cancellations of closed group buy orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. But, you can waive the fee and receive a full refund, in exchange for CannonKeys store credit equal to the fee amount!

Order Edits

  • We can accept additive edits to in-stock, open group buy, and pre-orders prior to shipment.
  • We can accept reductive edits to in-stock, open group buy, closed group buy, and pre-orders. In-stock, open group buy, and pre-order reductive edits are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Ended group buy reductive edits are subject to a 5% restocking fee. But, you can waive the fee and receive a full refund, in exchange for CannonKeys store credit equal to the fee amount! Please note that store credit does not expire and is non-transferable.
  • We can not accept additive edits to ended group buy orders.

Post-Purchase Support

  • If you notice any issues with your order, please reach out to us via the “Contact Us” widget on our website within 14 days of receiving the product. Issues include but are not limited to: missing item(s), incorrect item(s), and defective products.
  • We are NOT able to offer support on aftermarket purchases or purchases made on secondary markets. Once one of our products has been re-sold, we are no longer responsible for any issues the product may have.

Shipping

  • CannonKeys is NOT responsible for any kind of shipping courier issues (e.g. delayed delivery, delivered but missing, lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, etc.). However, we will do our best to resolve them with our couriers and customers.
  • CannonKeys is NOT responsible for any customs, VAT, or import taxes.
