General

Due to the limited production of most of our products, we Highly Recommend opening and inspecting the contents of your order once it’s received.

1. In-stock products: Please send your inquiry within 14 days after your order/product has been delivered.

2. Group Buy products: Please send your inquiry within 14 days after your order/product has been delivered.

3. We are NOT able to offer support on aftermarket purchase or purchase made on secondary markets. Once one of our products has been re-sold, we can no longer responsible for any issues the product may have.

Group Buys

Opened Group Buys

1. We accept order edit requests on Open Group Buy orders.

2. User-initiated cancellations for Open Group Buy products are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Closed Group Buys

1. We can NOT accept any order edits to Closed Group Buys.

2. User-initiated cancellations for Closed Group Buy products are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

In-Stock

Removing Item(s)

1. If you wish to remove any item(s) from your order, the refund is subject to 3% cancellation fee.

Cancellation

1. User-initiated cancellations for In-Stock products are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Shipping

1. CannonKeys is NOT responsible for any kind of shipping courier issues (e.g. delayed delivery, delivered but missing, lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, etc.). However, we will do our best to resolve them with our couriers and customers.

2. CannonKeys is NOT responsible for any customs, VAT, or import taxes.

3. As a rule, we do NOT accept returns due to the nature of our products. If you have a problem with your order, please send us a ticket via "Contact Us" widget, and we will do our best to help out. If there are extenuating circumstances, return authorization will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
