Weekly Update - May 21, 2019

My apologies for the lack of weekly updates recently! Things have been crazy with the Satisfaction 75 group buy, and lots of new kits and designs.

Keyboard Kits

  • Ortho48 and Practice60 will be restocked this week!
  • The Practice65 kit has passed the prototyping phase. 3 fully functional prototype units will be released on the store this week. A full stock of the Practice65 kit will soon follow.
  • One new kit is still in prototyping. The Ortho75 is a 15x5 ortholinear kit, that fits into a 60% case.
  • As a reminder: My source for low profile sockets is now out of stock. The price there was amazing, and I doubt I'll be able to get that kind of rate. I'm working on sourcing more. Moving forward, they will no longer be provided with kits (as half of you guys don't use them anyways!) but will be available to purchase.

  • The Instant60 PCB has arrived, and is almost ready to ship! VIA firmware has been completed, but it will need a new VIA release to be supported. Check out the full prototype here.
  • The AN-C 60 PCB is in prototyping. It will have support for these layouts, and be configurable in VIA Configurator. It also features RGB underglow. Once it passes prototyping, it will enter a preorder phase.

  • Check out the IC for GMK Peaches n Cream. It will be available for Group Buy on CannonKeys in July!
  • The order for GMK Wavez has been placed, and samples are now under production.

Group Buys and Preorders

  • The Satisfaction 75 group buy was a great success! Thank you all for the support. There are more details available on Geekhack.
  • The Brutal60 has officially sold out. The order for the units was placed previously, and the factory is currently working on manufacturing.
    • Plate orders have been placed and it's no longer possible to change plate selection.
    • The units are currently being anodized.
    • We are on track to hit the Late June shipping estimate.

  • The GMK Wavez deskmat will be on CannonKeys soon!
  • I am still planning on stocking Gateron Yellows, and trying to source a tactile option that's better than Gateron Browns as well.
  • I'm working on an app that should make flashing the Blue Pills easier.
