Gateron Quinn Tactile Switch

The Gateron Quinn Switch is a tactile switch by Gateron that has a feel very similar to the Baby Kangaroo switch, but a different sound profile. The same 22mm double staged spring and tactile stem are used, however the Quinn uses a full nylon housing. A fun spin on an already unique tactile switch!

A great option for those looking for a tactile switch with a snappy return. They are very smooth out of the box. Lube and film enhance their deep sound profile. They are a great choice for long typing sessions.
These aren't super sharp/intense tactiles, and imo that is much nicer than the sharp bump tactiles that have dominated the market in the past couple of years. They have a great tone as well, deeper than most switches in the build I used them in (Hibi June). For every other build I've done, I always prep switches with lube, film, and spring oil. For this one, I decided to try them purely stock and I was totally impressed. I don't think any prep like that is required with these. They're my new favorite tactiles. Also, great name.
