CK x Haimu Pastel Lemon Linear Switch

The Lemon Linear is part of our new Pastel Series with Haimu!

Featuring a POM top, UPE stem, and POM + UPE bottom, the sound signature of this switch is semi-deep-and-muted. Also utilized is a 22mm 63.5g single-stage spring. If you’re looking for a slightly altered version of a full POM switch, these are worth checking out!

Noise: the signature is most certainly semi-deep-and-muted, installed next to Gateron Cap v2 Yellow and Reds in a fairly loud board; the Pastel Lemon is amazingly subtle and satisfying.

Across the batch, they are fairly consistent, did not notice any major difference between each switch. Stem wobble is minimal. Very little spring scratching (audible-wise), buttery smooth feeling. The color is very cute. I was initially worried about appearance since the yellow clashes, but this worry was unfounded; the matte POM yellow looks fantastic especially with RGB. The short and even stroke personally feels fantastic to type on and I have already ordered more of this wonderful linear.

Have yet to test any modifications of the switch, as it is very pleasant out of the bag!

Thought my ideal switch would be a tactile - but it's this

I received a sample of one of these switches when I bought a set of CXA keycaps for a new setup - I immediately loved the feel and sound, tried it next to my intended choice of switch (Kailh Super Speed Coppers - which I like just fine in their own right), and ordered a set of these for my build.

I like to have one do-everything keyboard, and while I've tended to like linears for games I'd written them off as a good choice for typing as I tend to make too many accidental keypresses. I like a smooth tactile with a nice, positive response to a keypress. With the slight peak at the start of the keypress and the sensible spring weight, these split the difference perfectly for me. They're responsive, but require a deliberate press to actuate.

They also sound excellent, especially on the stabilised keys, which have a character that kind of reminds me of tapping a couple of beach pebbles together. I don't like it quite as much with the NicePBT caps I used for my macro keys, where it produces a slightly duller tone, at least on my setup, but under the CXA BOW caps it's perfect.

Hands down my choice for any keyboard I'm using for both gaming and work.

Woah!! What a switch

I bought these to try out during a sale cannonkeys had. What a switch! Outta the box, they were smooth and deep. I lubed them all with Krytox and now that I have them installed....there are 3 more packs in my cart. They are deep and muted, smooth as can be and are definitely worth a buy, or in my case, a rebuy!

Great budget switch!

If you likethe WS Morandi switches but want a heavier spring and make it cheaper, but don't care about RGB (yellow changes the hue of each color) then get these. I like these as much as I like my WS Morandi (which are also made by haimu). Additionally, the sound and smoothness are very similar. The only down side imo is that because these are yellow, any color will have more of a yellow hue to it.
