PCB was indeed flashed with VIA out of the box, and there were no faulty keys. This PCB also works in Tofu60 v1's as thanks to the info from another reviewer who got the hotswap variant.
I was also surprised at how fast this item was restocked--as I only joined the wait list a few weeks ago. Meanwhile, KBDFans' wait list for their 60% solder PCB has grown to over a hundred individuals.
