Coffee Chip Ice Cream Tactile Switch

Having always bought Holy Pandas and Boba U4Ts, Coffee Chip switches have been a great alternative to the other expensive options. Granted they are not as high pitched as Holy Pandas, but their bump is just as sharp and satisfying.

These feel very similar to Zykos, just have a very slight post travel thats barely noticable while typing. They sound like a slightly thockier boba U4T.
They really need LOOOOOOOOOONG springs and are kinda scratchy before lubing. Post lubing and swapping with long two stage springs, these are easily the best tactile I have used. All the scratchiness is gone and the tactility is even more enchanced becuase of the springs. I even went with lighter springs (53g bottom out) and they made massive difference.

These were for a project keyboard I’m making for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, they’re amazing! They sound great, and feel like a button when being pressed which I actually loved! I tape modded it as well to get the added thock sound, these switches did not disappoint at all. Thanks!

Unlubed they are pretty loud and almost clicky
Lubed they are way more quiet and have a very nice and low pitch to them
