These are a great switch for people looking to try out something new, or maybe never even had a mechanical keyboard, and are nervous about trying out switches with names that remind you more of a menu vs. a typing experience. This is a version 2, of an existing mainstream switch. Everything is improved. The feel, the look, and the acoustics are all better. I have these in a board that I use to remind myself of what "stock" is and that doesn't have to be a bad option. This kind of switch works great for the vast majority of people who aren't looking to a big heavy tactile, or just do some light gaming too.
The RGB is excellent through this switch, probably the only way it could get better is if it had a frosted/transparent stem.
