Heavily inspired by the Sun Type 6 keyboard, this set features light alphas and light grey modifiers that look great on most keyboard colors. The light purple accents add some subtle color to the classic aesthetic. Also included are several unique navigation keys and macro column keys as well as novelties. The kit even includes split spacebars, a second 'B' for all the Alice-style keyboards, and unique legends!

Type 6 on M0LLY

I prefer sets inspired by classic boards so picking up Type 6 (along with Fbasic and 9009 Dark) was inevitable. Quality is high, legends are crisp, coverage is unmatched, and lots of extras for macro columns / media keys.

Great keycaps for Quefrency

Overall just a really great set. Love the retro feel. High quality caps. Lots of key options. Well-packaged, well-organized. Quefrency has the macro keys along the left side, so this set provides a row-correct set of keys for those columns, which is super cool also.

The designer (NoPunIn10Did) is credited on the box. Nice touch.

Only thing I wished it had is a 1.25u "Fn" key. Using "Compose" instead.

Clean Set

These keycaps give off a retro vibe and I really like the colorway. The caps have a nice texture to them, the legends are consistent, and I like that it supports multiple layouts. I’m using this set on an Owlabs Spring and I have no complaints.

Not biased at all, but I love it

Look, I’m the designer here, so I’m definitely biased. But I really love the way this set came out. The legends are understated and look really clean, and I love being able to capture the look of distinct names for the macro column keys (as opposed to M1, M2, etc.)

Sun Microsystems was one of my first employers, and I really wanted to honor that legacy here. So give it a try!
