PCB Warranty Information

Each PCB we ship out has been tested and meets our quality standards. However, sometimes damages can occur in shipping. We will replace any faulty PCB within 30 days of your receipt of the PCB, as long as it has not been soldered.

After 30 days from receiving the PCB, or if you have already soldered the PCB, we offer a free repair service. This service is available for up to 1 year from your date of purchase. PCBs must come alone - we will not responsible for any other items shipped to us along with the PCB. While the repair service is free, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from CannonKeys (this is typically ~$6-$7 for domestic shipping). If we cannot repair your PCB, we will replace it with a new PCB.

To take advantage of our 30 day replacement policy, or our free repair policy, please email support@cannonkeys.com as soon as you notice any issues! There are a number of debugging steps we can walk through before replacement or repair. 

This warranty does not apply to PCBs that have lifted pads, show evidence of desoldering, have been dremeled, or otherwise modified in atypical ways.
